A gentle place to begin, if you’re grieving.
If you’re here, something has changed.
Maybe you’ve lost a partner, a parent, a beloved pet, a job, or a version of yourself you didn’t realize you were still holding onto. Maybe the world kept moving and you feel like something inside you stopped.
There is nothing wrong with you.
This space exists for people navigating loss in real life without timelines or pressure to “move on” or “be okay.”
This support may be helpful if you're navigating:
Partner or spousal loss
Pet loss
Job loss or identity collapse
Grief that doesn't have a clean story or ending
The sense that life looks normal, but doesn't feel normal
You don't need to know how to name your grief for it to belong here.
Working TogetherCoaching offers a private, one-on-one space to:
Talk honestly about what you’ve lost
Make room for the emotions that keep getting sidelined
Rebuild a sense of footing when everything feels unfamiliar
Explore what comes next, gently, without forcing movement
Some people come for a few sessions. Others stay longer.
There is no “right” way to do this.
What this is (and what it isn't).
This is grief coaching and support, designed to help you orient, stabilize, and make sense of what you're carrying.
It is:
A steady, compassionate place to land
Support for both acknowledged and unacknowledged losses
Grounded in listening, nervous system awareness, and meaning-making
It is not:
Therapy
A process that asks you to "move on" or "get over it”
You get to go at your pace.
About this work
I'm Nicole, a certified Grief-to-Gratitude coach. I work with people navigating loss, helping you find your footing when grief has turned your world upside down. I especially help people whose grief doesn't get casseroles: the losses that don't come with rituals, recognition, or a clear roadmap forward.
If you're ready to talk, I offer a brief, low-pressure conversation to see if this feels right for you. Or learn more about grief coaching on my coaching page.
